Watched buyers

Everything these buyers publish shows up, even when no product keyword matches. Shared by the whole team. Name patterns match the buyer's name as each portal writes it (any language); short patterns like “BBC” must be a whole word. Changes apply from the next scan, which also looks two months back.

Your own settings: they apply only to you, , and every user chooses their own. Emails come from tenderscout@fonn.it and include only tenders found after you turn them on. (Team-wide Slack posting is separate, under Settings.)

Users

Invited people get an email with a temporary password and choose their own at first sign-in. Admins can manage users and settings.

Anthropic API key

Checked with Anthropic, then saved in AWS Secrets Manager. It is never shown again; scans use it within a minute.

Slack (team-wide)

For the whole team, unlike each user's own email notifications. Posts new strong fits, and anything new from a watched buyer, to one channel per product after each scan. Use a Slack incoming-webhook URL per channel.
